How to silage corn plants
Select corn plants with an age of 90-95 days, corn cobs are enough hard
Chop 1 - 3 cm
Put the chopped corn in bags or compost pits, each layer is 10-20 cm, each layer is watered with a silage solution combined with starch and molasses.
Vacuum the mixture or compact it to push all the air out
Anaerobic incubation, after about 10-15 days
Silage corn can be stored for long-term use up to 1 year
Used for cattle or other types of grass-fed cattle, supplementing feed in times when green forage is not available.
